MEDITACION MINDFULNESS

Reduce estres, aumenta el auto- conocimiento, aumenta la habilidad de poner atencion, te conecta con tu alma.

La instructora es acharya budista y guia en diferentes tradiciones.

Esta clase es estilo zen.  Sentados en el piso con almoadas para piso proporcionadas a cada estudiante.

Usa ropa comoda olgada/aguada o cualquier otra ropa comoda que prefieras recordando que estaras sentada en el piso sobre almoadas de piso para meditar.

 

Por favor usar calcetas limpias en los pies por higiene y para que se mantengan las almoadas de piso mas limpias y con menos transferencia entre meditacion a meditacion.

Importante:  Nuestro horario normal  de clases de meditacion despues de nuestra semana de re-apertura es solo Lunes en Espanol y Martes en Ingles.  La clase de los Miercoles Y Jueves son solo la primera semana de apertura, a menos de que haya suficiente interes la mantendremos permanentement.

MINDFUL BODY MOVEMENT
9:00 am

FREE classes all week in English with bilingual instructor.

This is a morning yoga/QiGong-based body movement class for beginners.

Stretch the body, strengthen muscle, clear energy blockages, promote health and wellness.

We'll provide yoga mats.  You may bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.

Wear yoga clothing or loose comfortable clothing of any sort or tradition.

Important: This will also be our regular schedule for Yoga/QiGong classes after opening week, if there is enough interest.  Otherwise, this schedule will change.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

FREE Mindfulness Meditation Class in English !

Reduce stress, enhance self-awareness, lengthen attention span, connect with your higher self.

The instructor is a buddhist acharya who teaches from different traditions.

This meditation is zen style.  Floor meditation cushions will be provided.

Wear comfortable clothing of your choice but remember you will be seating on the floor over floor cushions so we recommend loose comfortable clothing.

Please wear a pair of clean socks on your feet for hygiene since your feet will touch the floor cushions and so we can limit any possible transference from meditation class to meditation class.

Important: Our regular schedule for meditation classes after opening week is only Mondays in Spanish and Tuesdays in English.  The Wednesday and Thursday classes are only available for opening week and will only remain if there is enough interest to merit keeping them.
